2. Booking and Payment

1. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.
2. Full payment must be received before check-in.
3. All rates are subject to taxes and applicable fees.

3. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made less than 29 days before check-in are non-refundable.
4. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

4. Guest Responsibilities

1. Guests must comply with house rules provided at each property.
2. No smoking, parties, or pets allowed unless explicitly stated.
3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

1. Check-in: 4:00pm Local Time
2. Check-out: 11:00am Local Time
3. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

6. Age Requirements

1. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a property.
2. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult during the stay.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Luxus Rentals LLC or its content suppliers.
2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without express written consent.
